Eating healthy can be daunting, but it doesn't have to be. Life is a journey, not a destination, and your healthy life should be a journey you enjoy. Too often people think that eating healthy means giving up everything they love when this couldn't be further from the truth. It means relearning some basics to apply to your everyday habits.
